How it Works
Our Process
Once our experts arrive on the job site, they will evaluate the situation and use different types of testing to determine the location of the leak. Different testing depends on the scenario. Usually pressure testing gets the job done, however if we think the leak is in a line that does hold pressure we resort to other types of testing. The expert will then suggest what the next step is for you in order to fix the problem.
What You Should Do To Help Us
- Fill out the Request Form on the Contact Us Page in order to give us the proper information about your pool so a leak detection can be scheduled. Filling out our form will tell us everything we need to know upon arrival.
- If you aren't sure how much water the pool is loosing, you can perform a bucket test. This a simple way to know if there is a leak in your pool or not.
Before we Arrive
- Fill the pool to its normal water level. Some of our tests cannot be properly conducted if the water is not filled to the normal level.
- Make sure that the pool it clean and has chlorine in it. If the water is not clean than algae may grow on the floor and walls, which may prevent our experts from being able to check the drains and lights.
- If a pool cover is on, please take it off before arrival. Our experts cannot enter a pool if the cover is on, because we have to be able to see the drains, skimmers, lights, and fittings.
